Continued practice with the golf-blasters swing has shown me just how key it is to remain firm with the set-up and not add any addition motions to gain more distance. I am finding the most efficient swing thought, for the sake of having one to count on, is to make sure to return my hands to the position in front of the ball where they were at the address or set-up. By returning the hands swiftly and soundly with the Two-Palm grip assures the compression of the ball at impact and continuing forward in the swing plane. This is where the 'Blast' in Blasters comes into play. From about a ten o'clock position in the back swing I drop the club slightly and then briskly swing that locked two-palm grip back to the original position where it was at set-up and continue through the ball. The clubhead does not turn over as it collides with the ball and the ball is compressed actually as it is blasted into the air. This is all quite visible on my UTUBE link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6aODpFvnpo
There is now an ebook available also detailing the 5 steps of the golf-blasters swing. Email me directly at scottyjohnd@hotmail.com I still like playing with a 31 degree hybrid Synchron ll from Hireko Golf. I am convinced that the oversize grip is best for the Two-Palm grip at least in my average size hand. The one club approach is surely recreational but I may start using a putter on the greens as I am reaching 400 yard par fours in three shots and actually putting might lower my scoring average. Not too worried really. Just keep it Fun!!
